Openwork fences

The openwork fences type is used for temporary or permanent use. For a temporary use, most often are chosen the so-called mesh fences that are strengthened with easily removable and portable poles. They are permanently strengthened with pillars of wood, concrete, iron, etc.

The wooden and iron bars are reinforced in the ground with concrete steps that help for more firmly strengthening of the pillars, as well as preventing the wood from rotting and the iron – from rusting.

The openwork fences themselves may have a different shape or can be done of a diversity of materials. This fence type can also be used for the enclosure of trees, animals, etc. The fence network can be used for reinforcing the walls with a steep slope and others.

Main function

What is the main function of the fence? To surround and protect a property, separating private and municipal property. The variety of architectures, population, and location give rich opportunities for both architects and engineers to design and produce a variety of decorative and building materials.

Artillery fences are the best of both worlds. They combine both the beautiful metal elements that can be made on an individual project and the security of the traditional fence. The type of construction allows the free circulation of air in the densely populated areas and reveals a complete environment for the development of the plant species in the yard by not hiding interesting details of the architecture of the building of the enclosed property.

The fuselage fences are made of high-quality metal profiles. The variety of shapes, sizes, colors, and heights depends entirely on the requirements and personal preferences of the client. The raw materials used are resistant to time changes and powder painting ensures minimal wear of the paint forward over time.

Combinations of openwork fences

More and more interesting and functional combinations of openwork fences can be seen in the contemporary architectural design. It is common to mix two types of fence – openwork and stone fence, using a massive stone wall for the base of the enclosure, and the decorative impression of the metal details is the icing on the cake. In cases where property owners want to protect their property from both foreign eyes and possible intruders, the fences can be made with pointed tips that will keep the thieves away.

Of interest is the combination of a stone fence with openwork details, on the inside of which is planted hedge. Thus at the same time, a high level of protection of the property and aesthetic end of the yard is achieved.

The openwork fences are often repeated with several elements on the outside fence of the property. In order to achieve harmony in design, the shapes, colors, and styles of the fence should be the same as those of the courtyard. Interesting elements that can be a nice focus in the vision are the mailboxes and the interior lighting.
